Where a passion for baking meets a contemporary twist on classic French desserts and pastries! Moderne Bakery is the culmination of a lifelong love with bread and pastry. Before venturing into the world of baking, I had the incredible job as a Mission Manager at SpaceX, making a career of launching rockets, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. It just so happened that the majority of my contracts were French companies, and I would often travel to France for meetings and test campaigns.

Amidst the thrilling adventures of travel, I found myself captivated by the artistry and tradition of French baking. It was there that I found inspiration for what would become Moderne Bakery. Drawing from the timeless techniques of French pastry making and infusing them with a touch of modern flair, I set out to create a unique experience.

Each pastry is a labor of love – crafted with care, attention to detail, and a sprinkle of stardust, if you may! From our signature Kouign Amann, Canelé, and our other delightful treats, we invite you to experience the magic of Moderne Bakery!
