What is your address?

We are a pop-up bakery operating out of The Pastry Project in Seattle: 165 South Main St, Seattle, WA 98104

What are your current flavors?

Please see our Menu page or Instagram for our current flavors! We love experimenting with new flavors and aim to change our offerings every 1-2 months. If you see something you like, make sure to order ahead of time!

How soon can i preorder?

We typically open up preorders at 12:00 NOON the Monday before the pop up event.

CAn i cancel my preorder?

Please note that all orders are final sale so we do not accept order cancel requests.

all preorders are sold out! Can i still get some pastries?

Yes! In addition to preorders, we also make extras to sell on our pop up days. Quantity is limited so get there early!

Do you do special orders/catering?

We are limited by available hours at the commercial kitchen we operate from.

Do your Pastries have gluten/dairy/eggs/etc.?

All of our goodies include gluten (wheat flour), dairy and eggs. We do not offer any gluten free, dairy free or vegan options.
We use shared equipment - if you have a severe allergy, please take precautions since we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
